Each session will last 50 minutes.

It is important that you feel I am the right fit for your needs and that there is connection and trust to allow us to work together successfully. Although this will build over time, I am keen that you have the opportunity to get at least an idea of this before you commit to payment. As such, I offer a free 30 minute consultation before our first session. This will be through an online Microsoft Teams meeting (or can be a phone meeting, if you prefer).​​​
